30-Day Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our terrariums. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the terrarium must be returned in its original condition. Plants and materials should be intact and not excessively disturbed. We reserve the right to assess the condition upon return.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at kim@glassroots1.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll provide return instructions and confirm your eligibility.

Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned terrarium, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Custom or personalized terrariums may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective. Please confirm custom order policies at the time of purchase.
